Kent Morrison opened CRCC’s flagship location at Kansas Expressway & Sunset over a decade ago. The CRCC brand quickly generated interest and franchising began. Interest was immediate from numerous cities in the U.S. and overseas. The first franchise was actually sold in Pakistan, and other overseas inquiries came from India, Dubai, Egypt, Bangladesh, Budapest, Nigeria, Morocco, Amman, Iraq, etc.

Next door to CRCC’s flagship location is a live music venue called The Riff. The Riff touts “the best sound in town.” The Riff has hosted rock legends like John Waite and is where top drawing local and regional acts play.

Morrison is also involved in another business, which over the last several years has been steadily demanding more time, energy and resources. This business (Shake This) currently provides protein, coffee, flavorings, cups, and other supplies to over 400 facilities in the U.S. and is growing rapidly. This is the driving force behind Morrison looking for new ownership for CRCC franchising and The Riff.

Morrison admits it is bittersweet to look for new ownership, but knows that the two businesses can grow beyond his current capabilities and availability when given the attention they deserve.
